Our goal is to sell everything we list. That's why Matthew Smith Real Estate only handles a very small number of properties. We don't care about listings, we care about sales.

We believe in marketing every individual property in the best way possible to achieve the sale you want. Our approach is not mass marketing, it's tailored marketing.

Our way of working is simple: we work for you, the vendor. You set the time-frame, we get you the most available dollars within that time.

Every one of our sales people has a strict limit on the number of listings they are allowed to handle at any one time. That's because we treat every property sale as a personal project. In fact, our sales people are more like project managers.

Our ads look great and that's often what attracts interested buyers. But, let's face it, anyone can run a good looking ad. We pride ourselves on being great negotiators on your behalf.
